Our Staff
Each classroom is staffed with a team of 1 lead teacher and 2 additional teachers. Each Sunbeam Station Child Care staff member undergoes a thorough background check that includes all state required clearances. Prior to hire, potential new hires complete a personal interview, reference checks and a working interview in a classroom.
All staff members are required to obtain 18 additional hours of training per year and must maintain current certifications in Pediatric First Aid/ CPR, Fire Safety, and Child Abuse Recognition training.
